Appendices

There are three appendices to the printed from of the thesis these are:

Appendix A – Ethics Statement

The Ethics statement provides the text of the ethics statements that assured participants in the research that their participation, contribution, work and multimedia artifacts are treated ethically.

Appendix B – Signed ethics statements and consents

The ethics statements and consents signed by participants have been scanned and reproduced in the multimedia theist both on the public web site and in the DVD that accompanies the printed version fob the thesis.

Appendix C – The multimedia thesis

The thesis was produced in two formats, one as the traditional printed from of the thesis and the second as a multimedia thesis. The printed from of the thesis includes a DVD of the multimedia theist which is this public web site.
